Jeff Kirshner

Jeff Kirshner is a registered patent attorney with a focus on intellectual property law including preparation and prosecution of domestic and international patent applications. The fields of technology in which Mr. Kirshner has prosecuted and obtained patents include cellular communication technologies based on CDMA, TDMA, FDMA, OFDM, OFDMA, and 3G, 4G and 5G standards, cellular telephone apparatuses and methods, electronic circuits and systems, software and method systems, semiconductor manufacturing and design, radar system design and maintenance, audio-visual systems design and integration, and mechanical devices and systems. Mr. Kirshner is associated with the firm as of counsel.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Kirshner worked as a systems analyst at Standard & Poors and at the New York and American Stock Exchanges.

Mr. Kirshner is a graduate of St. John's University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from City College of New York.
